Our history

Officially organized in 2022 to advocate for the tens of thousands of Singletrack users in UTAH. In 2023 we spent over 1200 hours maintaining over 120 miles of motorized singletrack here in utah. New trails can take up to 4 years to become approved which means that the people using these trails is outpacing the availability by well over 100%. Our Trails are becoming crowded and its time that someone did something about it on a large scale. Bringing together Dirtbikers, MountainBikers, Ebike Riders, Snowbikers and Snowmobilers we have enough clout to get new trails opened and existing trails redesignated. We only need a singletrack to make us happy and this causes almost no environmental impact upon our state lands.

Our mission

Western Singletrack Alliance  (WSTA) is primarily dedicated to the conservation and creation of motorized, single-track trail riding. While the WSTA also advocates for and aims to protect various forms of off-highway vehicle (OHV) recreation, such as ATV's, UTV's, 4WD's, and snowmobiles, its main focus and utmost commitment lie in preserving motorized single-track trail riding
